My sister and I have decided to read and discuss a recommended book by Brene Brown called Atlas of the Heart. It is something that you pick up, pick through, read a bit and think about, discuss, and share it and your thoughts. Who can resist a book that starts with a good quote from Rumi, "Heart is sea, language is shore. Whatever sea includes, will hit the shore--RUMI
